| The Hearth of Britannia
The Hearth of Britannia started as a cookbook project for the Ultima series of video games and has since grown into a virtual inn, the auspices under which I run online meets for fans and full on LARP (live action role play) events with budgets exceeding $10,000. The Hearth site is built using SSH, PHP, and jQuery and the event specific portals use AJAX and MySQL. The skeuomorphic interface and logo design are my original visual design.
For examples of my holistic approach to UX through event design, please visit the Hearth of Britannia Event Archives.

Shroud of the Avatar Landing Page
A modern landing and Wordpress login page for the Shroud of the Avatar website. Due to technical and budget restraints, a full redesign of the main, but lacklustre, website was not possible. The stylized landing page was implemented to provide the desired visual pop without the overhead of a full overhaul.

Current website layout and content may be different from my original design.

| Aleks to Hogwarts
In November 2012, my girlfriend was involved in a severe car accident while crossing the street in Chicago. Unable to simply sit and wait in the hospital, I put this website together, emulating the popular Kickstarter theme. I was ultimately able to raise over $5,000 for Aleks to replace the items she lost in the accident and to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter once she recovers. A great deal of time was spent not just on the website, but on the deliverables for this project. All of which was kept a secret from Aleks while she was in the hospital.
Exploring the Aleks to Hogwarts website in its entirety will give you a largely complete portrayal of me as a person: Fiercely loyal and incredibly attentive to detail.
